This episode takes John D. and Gen into the magical world of the Muppets as we watch The Muppet Movie (1979). We comment on the the numerous cameos, the introduction of the most beloved characters, the style of humor and the constructions of the narrative. On the news front we talk about The Dark Knight Rises teaser trailer, Captain America’s post credit sequence, Shark Night 3-D and the Montreal Fantasia Fest. We also go through Gen’s video games experience since the last time we had her on the show with Portal and L.A. Noire and we talk about John D.’s Forza 3 experience. |
