In 2007, one movie brought together Scarecrow, Captain America, Captain Phillipa Georgiou, Moira MacTaggart, Wong, the dad from Fear the Walking Dead, and Sinestro. That movie was written by the man who would create Ex Machina and directed by the man who will direct the 25th James Bond installment. That movie was Sunshine, and it was a box office flop. But just over a decade later, the legacy of the film seems brighter as many of its stars have found the spotlight and its director won a shiny Oscar for Slumdog Millionaire. So, should Sunshine go gently into that good night, or should it rage, rage against the dying of the light?
